Kangana Ranaut’s brother Aksht is all set to tie the nuptial knot soon. His wedding festivities began and videos from the same, where Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel were seen applying haldi to his face.
Kangana described that the function is called ‘Badhaai’ in Himachal Pradesh. She said the ritual was that the ‘mama’ (uncle, mother’s brother) receives an invitation for the wedding before everyone. The ‘Queen’ actress also spilled that Aksht is getting married in November.
“Today at Nana’s house in Mandi for Aksht’s Badhai, it’s flagging off wedding invites, a ceremony arranged by maternal grandparents,” she shared on Twitter alongside the video.

Rangoli also shared the video and wrote, “Flagging of wedding invites!! Hamare bhai ki shaadi!!”
Interestingly, the video came out a day after Kangana and Rangoli were filed with inciting communal violence. A Bandra court directed the Mumbai police to lodge a First Information Report (FIR) against the actress and her sister based on a private complaint filed before it on Friday.
The two have been accused of spreading communal hatred, using offensive language and making derogatory comments against Bollywood and Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in their tweets and interviews. The complainant has also alleged that both Kangana and Rangoli have been speaking ill about the media too.
Consequently, based on Munnawaral aka Sahil Ahsrafali Sayyed’s complaint, the court directed the state’s police to file an FIR against the actress and her sister.
Meanwhile, Sayyed has alleged that he first tried filing a complaint against Kangana and Rangoli in Bandra police station but because they didn’t pay cognisance, he sought the Bandra court’s refuge and moved it through his counsel.
